New Grid for a Combination of 5 Days and 4 Days

I have a new grid ready for non-leap years! In this version, it alternates between motifs that show 5 days of temperatures and 4 days

of temperatures – fitting in all 365 days without any blank squares!! I am excited about the perfect fit aspect to this grid. Also means you are making a 9 x 9 square blanket – only 81 squares, not 365!

Measurement possibilities without borders:

• 6″ squares = 54″ x 54″ blanket
• 7″ squares = 63″ x 63″ blanket
• 8″ squares = 72″ x 72″ blanket
• 9″ squares – 81″ x 81″ blanket
• 10″ squares = 90″ x 90″ blanket (and probably a good size for a queen size bed)

Lots of options here, and really, you don’t have to have a certain number of rows in the motifs, just make sure you include the 5 colors for the 5 days in order, or the 4 days in order, and it should still show the variation in temperatures. So, if the motif has 14 rounds in it, you could double up some rows, or even triple some row colors, and do singles of others.

This might also be good for doing a mixed motif blanket as well.
